HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
I meet with clients on Mondays and Thursdays. During this time of COVID-19, I am conducting the first meeting either via phone or Zoom. During that first meeting, we will come up with an estate plan that will work to accomplish your goals for you and your family. The documents will include a Will, Powers of Attorney (for both healthcare and financial matters), and a Healthcare Directive. I find it best to set up a return date for signing documents at that first meeting; this ensures that the process keeps on track.
Prior to the signing appointment, I will email you drafts of your documents, giving you a chance to review them and ensure they reflect your wishes. We will finalize the documents over email to get them ready for signing. The signing of the documents cannot be done virtually. Due to COVID-19, signings are now being conducted via car. I will have you come to my office and call or text me when you arrive. I will then bring your documents out and have you sign them in the safety of your car. It’s the best way for me to help keep everyone healthy and safe during this time. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the process.

COVID-19 NOTICE: I work out of a small office across from Duke's restaurant and next to Lake & Company Real Estate on Green Lake Drive N. Please note, during this time of COVID-19 to keep my clients safe, I am not conducting meetings in my office; I am meeting clients via Zoom or phone. Please contact me to make arrangements.

Once we are able to go back to business-as-usual: I practice out of a small office across from Duke's on Green Lake Way. Because the office is small, with no reception area, I have clients meet me at the reception area at Lake Real Estate located at 7801 Green Lake Dr. N, Seattle, WA. Lake Real Estate is on the corner lot where Green Lake Drive N. and W. Green Lake Drive meet. Please tell the receptionist you are there to see me and then I will walk over and bring you back to my office, which is in the building behind Lake Real Estate (the buildings are not connected). There is plenty of free street parking available. Most appointments last no longer than one hour.
If climbing stairs is a problem please let me know and I will arrange a conference room that is accessible without stairs.

PARKING AT MY OFFICE
There is plenty of free street parking available on the surrounding streets; some are limited to two hours and some have no restrictions at all. Be assured, most appointments last no longer than one hour so a two hour parking spot is fine unless you want to partake in some of the wonderful restaurants and activities near the lake.

In an effort to keep my prices low, I only accept cash and checks.
